The luxury Lodges, individually named Otter, Badger, Capercaillie and Eagle, are extremely spacious, centrally heated and can each accommodate up to 10 people in the following accommodation:

8 -	In 4 twin bedrooms, 2 ground floor (2 en-suite shower rooms, 1 large shower room which can flexibly be a public shower room or become an en-suite to the largest, wheelchair accessible ground floor twin
2 -	In first floor single rooms (sharing a shower room)
	No cots available, please bring your own

There is a large, accessible, open plan lounge/dining area which has comfortable furnishings, satellite TV and DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has:

Dishwasher
Fridge/freezer
Large gas oven
Toaster
Kettle
Microwave
Plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking implements, pans etc.

Also provided are a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

Although self-catering, we can put you in touch with local caterers who can supply you with meals on a half or full board basis, so your stay couldn't be easier. On-site BBQs and packed lunches can also be provided.

We supply: Non-feather/down pillows (and pillowcases), duvets (with covers) and fitted bottom sheets. Futons are supplied with a double bottom sheet and pillows and 2 single duvets as above.

What you need to bring: Essentially everything you would normally bring when self catering, but especially towels, tea towels, toilet rolls, matches, washing up liquid, washing up brush/sponge, washing powder/conditioner and BBQ materials*. If your party includes young children, remember a travel cot/high chair.

*BBQ materials such as charcoal can be bought from Aviemore garages and wood can be gathered from the adjacent forest

•	Ground floor designed to be wheelchair/mobility impaired accessible
•	Low height bench in dining/kitchen area for wheelchair/seated access use
•	Extra large ground floor twin room with the extra large shower room (which can be a dedicated en-suite) adjacent with attached washing machine/tumble dryer facilities
•	Extra large shower room with toilet transfer bars
•	Standard size ground floor twin room with private shower room
•	Possible loan of manual hoist and/or shower chair (please contact us to discuss if required)
•	Possible part-day loan of one of our range of specialist bikes (please contact us to discuss if required)
•	Possible loan of a nursing care adjustable bed with cot sides
